A failed KYC check usually needs an issue specific response, not repeated uploads of the same identity file. Start with the provider's exact reason and confirm that the request itself is genuine.
Match person, role and document Check the individual's legal name, date of birth, document number and stated role. If a shortened name was used, correct the application rather than editing the identity document. Explain transliteration or a legal name change using accepted evidence.
Review the image Include the complete requested document, readable text and required reverse side. Avoid glare, blur, cropped edges and obscured validity dates. Follow the provider's instructions about scans, photographs and certification.
Review address evidence Use an accepted, sufficiently current document. A company's registered office is not necessarily proof of the person's residence. If the person recently moved, explain the timeline and ask what alternative evidence is accepted.
Escalate a remaining mismatch Send a concise explanation connecting the conflicting fields to the supporting documents. Keep the case reference and request confirmation of the unresolved issue.
Do not submit another person's identity or a false address to pass a check. If the actual person is outside the provider's eligibility, additional document quality will not necessarily solve it. Separate a technical verification problem from a policy decision before choosing the next step.
