Can I own a Hong Kong company while living abroad?
Foreign ownership is generally possible. The company still needs the required Hong Kong registered office and company secretary. Your residence country can create separate tax, reporting or investment requirements.
Does a package guarantee accounts or payment approval?
No. Packages include application support for the stated number of accounts and processors. Each provider assesses the business, owners and documents independently.
Which package includes Stripe, PayPal and Airwallex?
Growth includes Hong Kong formation, support for three bank account applications and applications for Stripe, PayPal and Airwallex. Scale includes five bank account applications and five named payment processors.
Are government fees and renewals included?
They are additional unless your written quotation explicitly includes them. Ask for the service period, external fees and renewal scope before paying.
Can everything be completed remotely?
Incorporation can be coordinated remotely. Account and payment providers may require video verification, extra documentation or an in person meeting depending on eligibility.
Will my Hong Kong company automatically pay no tax?
No. Tax depends on the facts, the source and type of income and any relevant foreign rules. Obtain advice for both the company and the countries where its owners manage and operate it.
What happens after incorporation?
Keep company and accounting records, monitor official correspondence and organise annual filings, audit where required, tax work and renewals. Account and payment applications are separate stages.
What should I send in my first WhatsApp message?
Tell us your business activity, residence country, main customer markets and the package you are considering. Do not send passwords or full identity documents in an initial enquiry.
Can I keep my existing payment processors?
Yes, subject to connector compatibility and the permissions on your accounts. We review your current providers before agreeing the integration scope.
What does the $150 monthly service cover?
Ongoing operational support for the agreed orchestration setup, including monitoring, issue review and agreed routing updates. Service hours, response targets and the boundary for new development are defined in your quotation.
Who qualifies for the 50% implementation discount?
Customers who obtain both their HK company setup and payment processor setup through Cluched. Their orchestration implementation is €1,400. The HK package and $150 monthly orchestration service remain separate.
Will orchestration guarantee payment approval?
No. Your providers and the issuing banks still decide which transactions and business activities they accept. Routing follows their requirements and cannot bypass account restrictions or regulatory obligations.
