When Stripe verification fails, work from the specific dashboard request or notice. An identity problem, entity mismatch and unsupported business activity require different responses.
Check the account country and entity Confirm that the account was opened for the correct legal company and supported jurisdiction. Compare the legal name, registration details and representative information with issued records. A trading brand should be connected clearly to the company.
Check document quality and scope Submit the accepted document type through the official channel, including every required page. Ensure names and dates are readable. Explain recent name or ownership changes with supporting records rather than repeatedly uploading an old certificate.
Review the operating information The website and business description should match what customers actually buy. Verify pricing, delivery, refund and contact information. An incomplete website can be corrected; a prohibited activity cannot be made acceptable through cosmetic wording.
Confirm payout details separately Account holder and payout account requirements need their own review. Fixing identity verification does not necessarily resolve a receiving account mismatch.
Keep the case reference and a short log of requests and replies. Do not create repeated accounts or use another person's identity to bypass the review. If the issue remains unclear, contact Stripe through the official account support route with the exact error and relevant evidence. No outside agent can guarantee a verification outcome.
