Choose the service for its actual duties Ask how mail is received, scanned and escalated, who monitors urgent notices and how quickly you can retrieve originals. Clarify whether the quoted service covers only the registered address or also other administration. A commercial mailing address and a compliant registered office arrangement are not interchangeable by assumption.
Keep the company name and contact person current with the address provider. If your email changes, update the forwarding instructions promptly. Unopened statutory correspondence can create a problem even if the address fee has been paid.
