A useful account application folder lets a reviewer trace the business from its legal registration to the people and transactions behind it. Organise documents by the question they answer instead of sending an unlabelled collection of attachments.
Company and ownership folder Include current incorporation and business registration documents, articles and relevant ownership records. Add an ownership chart where another entity owns shares. Keep recent officer or name change documents with the original records so the history is understandable.
People and authority folder Prepare the requested identity and address evidence for owners, directors and signatories. Include the required authorisation to open or operate the account. Follow the provider's accepted document types, age limits and certification instructions.
Commercial and funding folder Use genuine contracts, purchase orders, supplier invoices or platform records appropriate to the activity. Add a concise business explanation and evidence of the initial funding source. Clearly label forecasts and unsigned proposals so they are not mistaken for completed trade.
Quality check before submission * Use complete, readable files with every relevant page. * Keep legal names consistent and explain trading names. * Identify any translated documents and their originals. * Remove obsolete drafts from the submission folder. * Respond to the provider's actual request rather than uploading unrelated personal records.
Maintain a submission log with the file name, version and date. If the reviewer asks a follow up question, refer to the relevant document and explain what it shows. A well organised file reduces avoidable confusion while leaving the provider free to make its own eligibility decision.
